The deal, plainly

FIXLYIER provides file tools that run in your browser, on your device. What you see on the site is what it can do — tools are published only once they work. The service is provided as it stands, without a promised service level.

Your files are yours. FIXLYIER does not receive them and claims no rights over them or over anything the tools produce. Results are computed locally by your own browser — check a result before relying on it for anything important, exactly as you would with any local software.

An account needs a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You can delete the account at any time under Account → Data; FIXLYIER may close accounts that attack the service or abuse the support channel.

The optional AI assistance and the support channel have usage limits so they stay available to everyone. Attempting to disrupt the service, probe other people's data, or automate around limits is not permitted.

FIXLYIER is liable where the law requires it and not beyond. Because processing happens on your device with your copy of the file, the original stays untouched on your disk — but responsibility for verifying an edited result rests with you.
